Who we are

Link Consulting is an Australian training and workforce advisory firm working with NDIS providers. We design practical learning programs and workforce systems that help providers build capable, consistent and reliable teams.

We are not an NDIS support provider, and we do not deliver personal care, community access or any services to participants. Our work sits behind the scenes, where capability is built.

The challenges

The workforce problems providers face every day.

01 Training Is Inconsistent

Two workers can complete the same induction and walk away with different standards. Informal handovers, outdated materials and ad hoc shadowing leave capability to chance. The gaps show up later, in documentation, communication and everyday judgement.

Our response

Structured, practical modules built around real workplace responsibilities.

02 Good Staff Are Hard to Find

Advertisements attract volume, not fit. Screening takes hours and still lets the wrong candidates through. Hiring decisions get made under pressure because rosters cannot wait.

Our response

Recruitment planning, candidate attraction and screening processes designed around your organisation.

03 Staff Leave Too Soon

A worker resigns weeks after finishing induction and the cycle starts again. Recruitment costs repeat, participants lose familiar faces and rosters absorb the strain. Retention gets treated as luck rather than design.

Our response

Onboarding, engagement and retention systems that give good people reasons to stay.

04 Managers Are Stretched

Team leaders get promoted for being reliable workers, then left to lead without preparation. Supervision, feedback and difficult conversations compete with the daily roster. Capability at the top shapes everything underneath it.

Our response

Manager and team leader development that prepares people to lead.
